Large-diameter pipes in fabulous dimensions
Esta Rohr tackles huge challenges with the development and production of demanding steel pipe solutions at its large-diameter pipe centre in Erndtebrück. This is true of both pipe dimensions and the complexity of the task at hand. Pipes with diameters of up to 4.5 m, lengths of up to 38 m and wall thicknesses of up to 105 mm are manufactured in certified quality. In addition, pipes are furnished with precise mitre cuts and cut-outs on an ultra-modern 3D CNC pipe profiling system.

To meet the needs of many demanding industries, Esta Rohr is broadly positioned with stainless steel expertise and the highest quality standards at its site in Kaan-Marienborn. Production takes place on specially configured lines using a fully mechanised welding process. For the selection of the optimum input material, all the machining and finishing stages essential for the pipe are incorporated into the process. In-process quality controls far exceed the norm.
